Knowledge Center Website Troubleshooting

Having trouble accessing or completing a training in the Michigan AEYC Knowledge Center? Try the steps below.


Use a Supported Browser

  • The Knowledge Center does not work with Internet Explorer.
  • For the best experience, use Google Chrome or Safari.
  • You can access the Knowledge Center on a mobile phone, iPad, or tablet. If you are using an iPad or tablet, turn your device horizontally for the best viewing experience.


Trouble Logging In

  • You must be logged in to access training sessions, videos, and quizzes.
  • On a computer, log in using the Welcome box on the left side of the Knowledge Center homepage.
  • On a mobile phone, the login option may be hidden in the menu. Select the three horizontal lines near the top of the screen, then choose Log In.
  • If you are unsure whether you have an account or need help logging in, email training@miaeyc.org.


Member Registration Rate Not Showing

  • If you are a current Michigan AEYC/NAEYC member and a training or event is showing a non-member rate, please email training@miaeyc.org before registering. We will verify your membership and update your account within 24 business hours.


A Session, Video, or Quiz Will Not Open

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Confirm that you are logged in.
  3. Disable pop-up blockers in your browser settings.
  4. Try opening the Knowledge Center in Google Chrome or Safari.
  5. If you are completing a recorded training, watch the full video before expecting the course to show as complete.
  6. If the quiz does not appear after you finish a video, refresh the page and try again.


Workplace or School Network Issues

If you are accessing the Knowledge Center from a workplace, school, or other network with a firewall, ask your IT department to allow access to the following domains:

  • learn.miaeyc.org
  • miaeyc.elevate.commpartners.com
  • elevate.commpartners.com
